Normally I’m staying in a serviced apartment between Terminal21 and Emquartier. The studio is usually 32m², with high quality but a little bit outdated furniture and TV but a really nice bathroom. It has a balcony with a washing machine as well, no proper kitchen but a microwave and stove. They raised the rent from 15k to 18k recently and the electricity is now at 8 baht/unit.
Before I found that place I saw a lot of serviced apartments for 15k or less, now they seem quite rare. Should I move or is it still a decent deal? It should be bookable on a monthly basis and not too far away from BTS.
