According to police reports, the accident occurred at the Nong Chap Tao intersection on the inbound lane towards Sattahip early Monday morning, December 18th. A Honda Dream motorcycle driven by Mr. Paopong Thapklad, a 38-year-old Thai national, collided with a motorcycle carrying two Burmese nationals, Mr. Nyo Aw and Mr. Aung Thui.
