More Than 14,000 Runners Join in the 30th Annual Pattaya Marathon

More than 14,000 Thai and foreign runners joined the 30th annual Pattaya Marathon this weekend.

The running event was launched on Saturday morning (July 22^nd) by the Pattaya City Mayor Poramese Ngampiches. The running started in front of Terminal 21. The running event is being held for two days from July 22^nd to July 23^rd. More than 14,000 Thai and foreign runners joined the event.

Mr. Poramese told Thai media, “ Pattaya City has received excellent cooperation from relevant government offices and businesses for the 30th Pattaya Marathon. The Pattaya Marathon was started 31 years ago in 1992 and has continued until now and in the future will continue annually every year as a major part of sports tourism.”
