By the Nowarat bridge had me overwhelmed…by 9pm it was almost all shoulder to shoulder. People down every direction. Is this back to pre-covid levels? Wife and I were overwhelmed dropped our krathongs in the water and booked it.
Also it seemed like there were more foreigners than Thais out there. Where do the locals go?
