Man breasts

Don’t laugh! It’s real. I dodged prostate cancer – fingers crossed! The Bumrungrad doctor put me on this seriously expensive medicine which are causing my breasts to enlarge and nipples get more pronounced. Back home I wouldn’t care but Thais don’t like to see woman or man nipples in public – so I’m told. Question is what are the stick-on nipple covers Thai women of ill-repute / prostitutes use to display their breasts but not show the nipples? Will they work for men? Where to buy and what to ask for? Yes I could wear loose fitting shirts but prefer t-shirts.
