Love Destiny ending explained

I just finished watching Love Destiny and really liked it. Can someone explain what’s happening in the very last scene? Khun P’ (Por Date, the ML) hands a small box to his son (Rit) and when he touches it, he gets some sort of flashback or vision to a scene where the ground is dug up and a box is revealed underneath.
