Looking for a knowledgable real estate agent

Hi, I am going to be in Bangkok, Thailand in a couple of weeks and am hoping to get in touch with a real estate agent who can speak either English or Mandarin. I am looking to buy a store front but am not familiar with costs and neighbourhoods in Thailand. Thus I am hoping to find a realtor who can assist me in understanding and who can take me to view a few places.

Just so people don't comment about the laws, I am married to a Thai national and he will be the one ultimately buying the property. He, however has worked overseas for many years and so lacks the knowledge/information himself on the current climate in Thailand. He might be there with me when viewing the properties (depends if he can make it on time due to work scheduling.)

If anyone knows a reputable real estate agent who is knowledgeable about commerical properties, could you send me a DM or start a chat with me so I can get their contact information?
