Looking for a clean two bedroom place that’s walking distance from Bangtao Muay Thai & MMA

I’m looking to head to Bangtao Muay Thai & MMA for a month in March but have been struggling to find good places to stay that are walking distance from the gym. There are some places i have found in the area like the Arinara but they are fully booked. I am looking for something that is bug free and has two beds that is near the gym and the beach. Would love to hear if anybody has any good suggestions, my budget is relatively flexible and my main focus is finding something that is clean, well valued, and walking distance from Bangtao Gym and Bangtao beach. Thank you
