Landlord refuses to fix toilet, what to do ?

Hi, I’m currently renting a condo in Bangkok and the toilet has a leak problem.

Landlord has been notified for almost 2 weeks but refuses to repair it. Agency and landlord came with a technician to check the toilet and it’s a leak not caused by me. But they still refuse to repair it.

What can I do ? Can I just get a plumber to fix it and deduce from the rent ? In the lease agreement it’s written that they need fix plumbing issues within 2 weeks.
