Vaishnav Tej is all set to make his silver screen debut with the upcoming film Uppena and the actor revealed that the film will have many heart touching moments that will stay with the audience for a long time.

Speaking about the film, which also stars Krithi Shetty, Vaishnav Tej said, “I didn’t want to make my debut with a routine commercial film. I wanted to do a film that will test my mettle as an actor and make the audience sit up and take notice. I think a love story is a great genre to make a debut and Uppena gave me the scope to perform. It wasn’t easy since I had to perform in front of a great actor like Vijay Sethupathi, and I’m happy that I managed to pull it off. We’re all confident and can’t wait to see the audience’s reaction when the film releases.”
