I have an approved non-immigrant O visa (marriage, 90-days, evisa) and am due to fly to Thailand, but I only have a one-way ticket.
I believe, and I’ve heard many people say, that proof of onward travel is NOT required with this type of visa (as opposed to, say, tourist visas). But I can’t seem to find anywhere online that proves this, and alas the Thai embassy in my country isn’t answering my phone calls or my emails. Now I’m a little worried that some overzealous airline employee is going to prevent me from boarding my flight because they think I need an onward ticket.
Does anyone have a link to some website of a Thai consulate or embassy that says onward travel is *not* a requirement for Non-O visa holders?
