Is there a specific regional cuisine for Chanthaburi province?

I live in Thailand so I’m not exactly a full blown farang tourist, but will be going on a little trip to Chanthaburi. Is there any regional foods or locally popular restaurants that we should try? Wife is Thai, but she said the food in that area is just same as Bangkok food and I’m sure she will just try to find Isan food by default. I would like to try something new. Does anybody have any suggestions? Thank you in advance.
