Is there a pet relief area at BKK aside from the AQS office?

Has anyone flown out of BKK with medium sized animals? I have two dogs I will check in to baggage with 2 flights around 24 hours to the US. I wanted to know if the airport has a place for them to pee besides the AQS office (It’s pretty out of the way from the departure terminal). Even a grass patch somewhere near the first floor would work too. The hotel we’re staying at is surrounded by other soi dogs at night so I can’t take them out to pee without getting swarmed. I’d prefer for them to have a relaxing potty break before the long flight. Thanks! Any other advice is appreciated as well.
