Is my wife a Thai citizen?

My wife moved to the United States from Bangkok in 2007 when she was 13 years old. She has not been back to Thailand since then. She got her green card in 2007 and became a US citizen in 2018. She has not gone through any process to renounce her Thai citizenship (other than the US citizenship ceremony where you take an oath to *”Renounce and abjure absolutely and entirely all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty”,* but I highly doubt that has any legal impact)

I’m pretty sure she’s a Thai citizen, but she doesn’t have an active Thai passport. She believes that she isn’t a Thai citizen because she believes that you’re not a full Thai citizen before you’re 18, or something.
