I’m a 19 year old guy from Sweden going to Thailand (Bangkok and Phuket) with my buddy and his Thai girlfriend in for three weeks in July. I know this question will sound ridiculous I also know it will seem like all I am looking for is Thai women and attention. However I will pose it anyways. I tan easily, will a white tanned man be measurably less “popular” than a non tanned white man? I know paleness is considered beautiful. If I intend on socializing a lot and meeting women there then is it a good idea to try and cover up my skin leading up to the trip as to avoid getting tan? (As I tan rather easily, like many scandis) I hope somebody can give me some guidance in this ridiculous question I find myself asking.
