Fin Wine (Fabulous is Needed), Thailand’s first purveyor of organic, biodynamic artisan wines have collaborated with Yora ice cream from pastry chef Saki Hoshino on limited edition flavours.
“We chose to do wine and ice cream because I love ice cream so, so much and wanted to do a wine and ice cream pairing. With everyone being bored at home eating ice cream and drinking wine, we wanted to make a Covid-era activity a more pleasant one,” says Nuttiya “Lily” Wisootsat, assistant director of Fin Wine.
