How’s mental healthcare in Thailand?

Might get downvoted, but I have to ask this.

Saw some posts asking about psychiatrist therapy, and most of answers are suggesting to either online app like betterhelp or some of local clinics(some are university affiliated, and not available for everyone, I assume). And due to my experiences with some young adults here, I would like to ask about this.

Is it quite rare for, let’s say high school students, to reach out and have psychiatrist sessions? Or does people judgmental for Youngs to seek therapy?
