We are spending 5 nights and 4 days in Koh Samui. We want a secluded villa or at least a room with an ocean view and a pool.
We cannot decide on where to stay. Every time we think we find a nice place, we read reviews on why not to stay there
Southwest (Candor) – too isolated
Chaweng – too quiet from COVID or loud from party-goers
Bangrak/Buddha – airport and crappy beaches
Fishermans Village – stoners everywhere
So where should we stay? Where is the spot where we can book a hotel and not find out during our trip why it wasn’t the right call?
