I’m a Thai national, previously when I was working in Thailand I got between 8-14 days depending on the company. I’ve rarely seen places that give more than 14 days unless it’s specifically for expat contracts.
I’ve been working in Singapore around 30 days annual leave for a few years now. To be honest I don’t like it here very much and would like to move back, big salary cut I can accept but it’s the annual leave I’m worried about .
I’m not sure I’ll be able to talk my way into an expat type contract since I’ve only got 6 YOE and likely not much negotiating power. Just want to get a gauge on how much leave is the norm now.
