How does the Personal Training model work in Thailand?

I’m a PT in the UK and looking to relocate to Thailand. I’d like to work and am wondering how the model works. In the UK PTs must pay rent to a gym in order to use it with their clients. In the US there’s no rent to pay but the gym takes a cut of the client income.
Does anyone know how it works in Thailand? All Google searches give me is advertisements to train as a PT and no real concrete answers about the model.

I’m aware of work permit requirements and visas etc, just specifically looking for the PT model.
