Housing recommendations

I’m going to be moving to CM in the next few months while attending classes at TSL School. I’m hoping people might have some tips on good areas to look for as I’d mostly been looking around Nimman while looking at another school.

I don’t need a ton of space or a lot of fancy amenities. Good internet access, ideally a washing machine and/or kitchen space would be nice but is optional.

Edit: I am hoping to find a place that would work out long term as I plan to do multiple years of schooling if I can and I don’t like moving around too much once I get settled
