Help plan itinerary for anniversary trip.

Hey guys! My wife and I are going to phuket next week for our anniversary, we already have booked our accommodations in a few places across phuket.
We are also staying g in phi phi for a couple of days.
Apart from that, here’s a shortlist of the items we have

1. A cabaret show, think the Simon one has the best rating so far
2. Snorkeling for sure.
2. A cooking class together to learn some Thai dishes
3. A trip to chalong bay distillery for cocktail making
4. The gun range
5. The dolphin show

Are there any other things that can be added in this trip that is a must do?
Not sure if phuket will be in our radar again and wouldn’t want to miss on something amazing if it exists that we aren’t aware of.
