Health insurance recommendation

Hello everyone,
I live in Bangkok since 4 years and used to have work permit that cover health insurance.
Now I stopped working and currently hold a elite visa.
I would like to purchase a health insurance that cover myself and would like to know what the others expat here use and advice. I would like to have cost covered for hospital room, surgery and anything that could happen in the event of an accident.
Also how stupid am I to not currently hold a health insurance ?
