Hangout place for travelers older than gap year travelers

I’m on the road for a while and I like to stay here longer. I’m little tired of traveling mostly with gap year travelers.
What are the good places that I can be surrounded by people older 25 years old? Where do expats hangout?
I loved this city when I visited for the first time 7 years ago and I always wanted to come back.
