White truffle dinner / Alati, Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok / Nov 20-21

The “Urbani White Truffle Dinner” at Alati Mediterranean restaurant by Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok will be introducing four Italian culinary maestros featuring chefs Carlo Valenziano, executive chef of the hotel; Gianni Favro of Gianni Ristorante; Christian Martena of Clara; and Marco Avesani of La Bottega. The four Italian chefs will present a five-course dinner, featuring Urbani fresh white truffles paired with Gianni Gagliardo wine from Nov 20-21. Bartender Matteo Cadeddu of Opium Bar Bangkok will mix two special pre-cocktails in collaboration with Sabatini Gin on both nights.
