graciously enacted the Budget Expenditure Act for the year 2022
The Government Gazette website publishes the announcement of the Budget Expenditure Act of the Fiscal Year B.E. 2016, that His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej His Majesty King Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua is graciously pleased to to proclaim that: Whereas it is expedient to establish an expenditure budget for the fiscal year B.E. Be it, therefore, enacted by the King, by and with the advice and consent of the National Assembly, as follows:
Section 1. This Act is called the “The Budget Expenditure Act of the Fiscal Year B.E.
Section 2. This Act shall come into force from 1 October B.E.
Section 3. The Prime Minister and the Minister of Finance shall be in charge of the execution of this Act.
