Gin maker eyes more spirits

Third Eye Distillery Holdings plans to expand its presence by acquiring other smaller drinks businesses in India after building an umbrella domestic business, Short Story Spirits, which makes white rum, grain vodka and dry gin. The company also started an imports division last year and is now in the early stages of evaluating two more businesses to grow its portfolio. Its marquee investors include Priya Sharma Ranjan, Anuj Ranjan, Ashish Hemrajani, and others. The company’s Svami portfolio is now looking to expand its global presence after launching the brand in Singapore and Thailand.
