General stance on using disabled bathrooms?

Ever pulled up to a PTT and really gotta poop only to find all the stalls taken? Waiting outside and that handicap/monk/prego bathroom looking mighty fine? Typically cleaner, nice back rest, SOAP? Yeah i’ve been there too.

Although we can all mostly agree on the ethics here, but what is the overall stance from foreigners? From Thais? I see truck drivers often not caring. I myself am even guilty once or thrice.
