Garbage bag delivery in Yang Noeng

Hello, does somebody know when de local authority of Yang Nueng, Saraphi, delivers the 3 monthly garbage bags? Just moved here and went to the authority’s to pay them last month, where i was told they would drop of 3 bags every month but stil no sign of any garbage bag. Garbage truck comes every wednesday so i thought they would deliver them but looks like i’m wrong.
