Is buying foreclosure property a thing in Thailand. My gf wants to buy a house (her money) and I was thinking this would be a good option. One reason I feel this way is a Thai friend bought a house a year ago and the prices have dropped and it doesn’t look like they are anywhere close to finishing the neighborhood. Also my parents bought a brand new house in the USA 20 years ago and many of the houses im the neighborhood, including theirs, are needing major repairs already, so i figure why not get a big discount and fix things.
