The incident occurred at a rental room in the Bowin area of Sri Racha on December 20th. The fire department received a report of smoke billowing from a rental unit comprising of five rooms before rushing to the scene with two fire trucks.

Upon arrival, firefighters found smoke emanating from one of the unoccupied rooms. Acting quickly, they deployed hoses and managed to control the blaze within 10 minutes.
