Few questions about moving to Bangkok and buying some A/V gear

Hey all. I’ll be honest I’m not super excited about moving to Bangkok but promised my gf I’d do it next year for 6 months or so. We live in NYC now.

First, is it worth using a real estate agent when buying new property? I would like to buy something in central bkk. Does working with an agent have any kind of benefit?

Second, I want to set up some nice desktop speakers and TV speakers/towers. Is there a reputable shop with good quality audio equipment you’d recommend?

Most importantly, is there good New York style pizza in bangkok? I see there are many Italian pizzeria’s but when searching for “NY style pizza bangkok” I get some pretty depressing results.
