♦ Pizza Massilia will launch a festive menu to celebrate the holidays until Jan 8, 2023 at the Ruam Rudee branch. Inspired by Pizza Massilia’s friends at Amano in Manila, Philippines, chef Michele Fernando presents Cotechino fritto, nuggets of deep fried slow-cooked pork sausage ready to be dipped in a housemade lentil mayonnaise. The stars of the menu are three festive pizzas (yes, you read that right): Serrano ham pizza, Octopus & potatoes pizza and Smoked Norwegian salmon & pomegranate pizza.
