Dual citizenship Switzerland/Thailand military conscription

Hello I am not sure if Reddit is the right place to ask these of kind of question but regardless I am curious.

I am 20 and I was planning to go to Thailand for holiday’s. Will I be arrested in Thailand because I haven’t been in the military even though I don’t live in Thailand?

In my Swiss military service booklet it says I am except from the Thai military but my mom said that they don’t care but I am doubting her claim.
