Drone filming on Krabi

Hello my friends, I have drone with camera (dji mavic mini 1) and I would like to record beach and sunsets here on Krabi and maybe some shots on Phi Phi. Am I allowed to do it?

CAAT site seems to be down so I could register my drone and Im confused, I dont wanna be punishment by the officers or get fine :S

Ofcourse Im following all local rules during flying – safety first.

All records are only for private usage (no publishing on yt/selling etc. )

Should I worry about police? Do you know any case that drone pilot was punishment by local officers?
