Driving license

What is this pink card required to extend, license after 5 years? As a pr holder, so confused have the blue book, red book, have valid workpermit, have passport, have house registration book, now why is the pink ID card required? No one has ever requested it before, not for work permit when i renewe end of last year, neither when I traveled few months ago, also not when I got license renewed 5 years ago, and even when I registered for queue online they did not mention about this ‘pink card’? but now at dlt it’s a requirement?
