Donate blood 24 times over 6 years via Thailand Red Cross = Free healthcare at Chulalongkorn Hospital?

This was posted yesterday but only got 6 comments. I thought it deserved another topic with more clarification.

From what I think it says, if you donate 24 times total (max 4 times per year) you’ll get free general/basic care at Thai Red Cross hospitals.

Can they be trusted to honor this? Is anyone here going to do this?

It also seems it’s only recently that foreigners can donate blood at the Red Cross.

TLDR; Get a Thai Red Cross blood donor card with 7 or 24 donations, go to Thai Red Cross Hospital with reduced or free “general expenses”.
