Disney + with SCB M VISA card

I try to get a Disney + subscription but I am unable to pay with my EU credit card. So I was looking for an alternative that is available for tourists and came across the [SCB M VISA card](https://www.scb.co.th/en/about-us/news/may-2019/nws-scb-m-visa-prepaid.html) card and was wondering if this would work.
