Delta names chief executive

SET-listed Delta Electronics (Thailand), the country’s largest electronic parts manufacturer by market capitalisation, has announced a major business restructuring and appointment of its first chief executive in response to the company’s expansion in Southeast Asia and beyond.

Effective from the beginning of next year, Cheng An has been named the first chief executive of Delta Electronics Thailand to serve the company’s “expanding business development requirements in Southeast Asia, Australia-New Zealand, and the global markets,” the company said in a filing to the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
