I have been really trying to practice sabai sabai lifestyle but, man, this construction is driving me insane. As if peak season wasn’t stressful enough with the influx of traffic and people.
Every night I see workers out there pounding beers like champs and just tossing their emptied and cigarette butts all over and today they blocked our alley so no car or motorbikes could get in for nearly 8 hours with zero regard that people actually live here. We asked what are we supposed to do and got “not our jobs”.
More concerning is the quality of the repairs when they fill the big holes they dug up… like the corner of samlarn and ratchamanka… water is just coming up out of there for weeks and no one has bothered to inspect it. It went from a quick repair to a small pot hole to now a pothole covering 3/5 of the street with water masking how bad it is. It’s just an accident waiting to happen.
No point in this but just wanted to rant. Wife is tired of hearing me complaining about road conditions when cycling.
