Cheaper places to find testosterone?

Hi everyone, I’m transgender and trying to find hormones abroad since I don’t have access to healthcare in the USA. Bumrungrad has Nebido (10-14 week long lasting), which is what I’m looking for. But they said it would cost 30,000 THB to get it. Still cheaper than the states, but WAY outside of my budget. Does anyone else take this medication? Have you had any luck finding it cheaper?
