Charged $900 dollars at 7/11

Hi, I know this is probably a long shot but I’ve just checked my bank statement and found a charge of just under $900 dollars at 7/11 in Haad Rin, just over a week ago. I’ve already tried calling tourist police and they were essentially useless and told me to call the local police in Koh Phangan, but as I’ve heard the island police force are corrupt etc. I don’t like my chances. I’m going to call my bank and see what they can do but I was just hoping there might be somewhere out there who has experienced similar and can provide some guidance. Cheers
