Hi all. When is the general time for chanting at Thai Buddhist temples?
Is it okay for a properly dressed farang to come to the temple during this time for meditation, or is it just for listening while sitting?
I desperately need it since I visited a Vipassana retreat where we chanted every day. It helps calm my monkey brain.
