Can I use my Bank Book to withdraw money? If so, how? Can I use an ATM, or do I need to go into the bank?

I gave my dad one of my banks’ atm cards to use while travelling, as he fired money into the account before coming over to save on international ATM fees every other day, as there is a withdrawal limit on his card and also doesn’t want to carry too much cash all the time.

So my salary got paid into that account today and I need to withdraw some money to fix my phone’s screen, meaning I can’t use the bank app on my phone until my dad sends me the card back or my screen is fixed. (I don’t have enough cash to repair the ridiculous price of replacing my phone’s screen)
