Can anyone recommend a vet clinic please?

I am a vet myself but working in the UK. My sister lives in Bangkok with her cat who has just been diagnosed with kidney disease. There are multiple further tests I would like to have run on him. Unfortunately his current vet prescribed medication that is contraindicated in kidney disease and therefore my sister would like to find another vet clinic.
Can anyone recommend a clinic or vet? Thanks very much.
