Thailand’s PTT Oil and Retail Business (PTTOR) has reported strong outlet growth for its Café Amazon business in its third quarter.
The Bangkok-based petrol giant and retail operator opened 61 new Café Amazon stores in the three months ended 30 September 2023 to reach 4,432 stores globally – 4,045 of which are in Thailand.
In March 2023, PTTOR outlined plans to open 400 new Café Amazon outlets globally in 2023. The business has opened 173 net new stores in the first nine months of the year.
