Saw injured bird

Saw an injured bird on street outside my hotel on my way walking to 7/11 and walking back, not sure who to call to help it. Maybe it has a broken wing, not sure, looks like it. Looks like it will die soon cause it’s hot out. Most people just walk by it. If there was some number to call to help it I would, but no idea what to do, and kind if busy today myself. Hoping someone who knows what to do will help it.

Update:
So I found a number to call, wildlife rescue, and called, they asked for a photo of the bird (it’s a white bird), took a photo and sent it to their line. They said it’s a pigeon so they can’t help it. And said I shouldn’t help it because pigeons carry disease.
