Buying property in a Thai company.

Has anyone got any experience in buying property in Thailand as an expat where the property is held in a Thai company. Obviously there are risk, but I would like to know if anyone actually does it successfully and if there are any good places for more information on this (other than a Thai lawyer and accountant). Just making enquiries.
