Buying E2 Estrogen blockers OTC Chiang Mai

I hope this post is allowed. I’m currently in need of Aromasin pills. I used to buy these in Bangkok with no issues but I’m struggling to find them in CNX.

I know I have the option of going to Chiang Mai Ram, speaking to a endocrinologist and getting a script to use in the hospital pharmacy but the cost sky rockets significantly.
I’d rather avoid that since I’ve purchased these OTC before.

Any ideas where I can buy in Chiang Mai? Appreciate it and apologies if this is not allowed.
