Hello, wondering if others have had this experience. Twice in the past 12 hrs a man on a motorbike has reached out to grab my friends boobs in the same area in old city. We have both lived in Thailand and never felt unsafe before in chiang mai, so this was surprising to us.
The first time it was two men on a bike last night and they hit her in the chest pretty hard as they drove by, the second time was just one man on a bike this morning and he missed and was annoyed about it. Around good souls/ birds nest cafe area.
Wondering if it’s the same person?
Can I do anything about this? Is this an appropriate situation to contact tourist police?
